Flizzr Morocco Rental Terms for travel between 01-Oct-2019 and 31-Dec-2024

Important documents 
The renter and the driver have to be in possession of a valid driving license for at least 2 years. Driving license printed with non-Roman Alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, and Cyrillic etc.) must be complemented by an International driving license. For driving licenses from countries not part of the Geneva/ Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g. China), an official translation of the license in English or French must be presented with the original license. Please show a valid ID card or passport at the time of pick up.

We accept all credit cards from internationally recognized credit card companies - such as American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard, and Visa. Diners Club Credit Cards are not accepted. 
Cash Payment is not accepted. 
We do not accept any prepaid cards or debit cards (Visa Electron). 
Please note, that payments with credit card may require the PIN of the credit card. 

An advance charge approval is obtained for the chosen means of payment as a security. The exact deposit is determined on collection since the amount is dependent on the vehicle.

Special rental information when booking Prepaid Rates Prepaid-Tarif - Pay now 
When booking at a prepaid rate, the payment will be charged along with the total rental price (incl. booked extras and charges) prior to the rental. The driver and mode of payment shall be finalized at the time of reservation and cannot be changed. The confirmed credit card should be valid and available for presentation on collection of the vehicle. All extra costs that occur during the car rental will be charged to this credit card. A refund shall not be issued for noncollection, vehicle being collected late or returned early. 

Changing booking 
A booking can be changed up to 48 hours before the start of the rental (on availability) in return for an alteration charge of 360.00 MAD. Any payment already made towards the rental will not be refunded; nor shall any differential amount be refunded if this alteration leads to a lesser rental cost. 

A booking can be canceled before the start of the rental. In the event of cancellation, the payment already made towards the rental will be paid back subject to a cancellation charge. The cancellation charge shall be the amount of the rental charge (including any extras and charges) for a maximum of 3 rental days. Cancellations can be made online ( 

No Show 
In the event that the booked vehicle is not collected or not collected at the agreed time, the rental charge already paid shall be withheld in full. 
Delayed Drop-Off 
In case the vehicle is returned more than 30 minutes after the agreed time the renter will be charged a service fee of 240.00 MAD. If the delay leads to the start of a new 24 hour period, an additional rental day including all booked extras will be charged for each new period started. 

Early Return (Pay-on-Arrival) 
In case the vehicle is returned more than 24 hours before the agreed time the renter will be charged a service fee of 240.00 MAD. 

Third Party Insurance (TI) 
Protection coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with unlimited cover for personal injuries and for material damages. 
Excluded from the protection is the use of the vehicle for the transport of dangerous goods. All protection as part of the rental contract will become void, in particular, if an unauthorized driver has used the vehicle or if the driver of the vehicle does not possess the required driver's license at the time of the event giving rise to claim. 

Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) 
Loss Damage Waiver removes the driver’s responsibility to a part of the vehicle in case of damage or theft. 
If LDW is not accepted the customer will be held liable for the full value of the car. If LDW is accepted, the customer is only responsible for the following amounts:

Top Cover LDW 
If LDW is already included in the rates, the renter can choose Top Cover LDW to reduce/eliminate the Non-Waiverable Responsibility. 
If Top Cover LDW is accepted, the customer is only responsible for the following amounts:

Super Top Cover LDW 
If LDW is already included in the rates, the renter can choose Super Top Cover LDW to reduce/eliminate the Non-Waiverable Responsibility. 
If Super Top Cover LDW is accepted, the customer is only responsible for the following amounts:  3,000.00 MAD (M***)  
3,500.00 MAD (E***)

Windscreen Coverage (TG)  
Windscreen Coverage provides cover against the consequences of damages on windscreen, side windows and back window.  
The cost of TG is as follows: see table  
If TG is not accepted the customer will be held liable for the full value of damages on windscreen, side windows and back window.  
If TG is accepted, the customer is only responsible for the following amounts: 0.00 MAD. 

Personal Accident Protection (PAP) 
By taking out personal accident protection can also be extended to cover the consequences of an accident.  
The cost of PAP is as follows: see table  
By taking out PAP the limit of liability is: 25,000.00 MAD for invalidity, 25,000.00 MAD for decease, 5,000.00 MAD for medical costs,

One-Way Rentals 
One-Way Rentals within FLIZZR locations in Morocco are allowed.  
For One-Way-Rentals within FLIZZR locations in Morocco, a charge of 257.60 up to 3,091.20 MAD applies. 
International One-Way Rentals are not allowed. 

Additional Driver 
An Additional Driver Surcharge of 270.00 MAD per Rental. 

Vehicle Refueling 
All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be refilled prior to return to FLIZZR, otherwise, a charge of 15.00 MAD per litre of petrol or 12.00 MAD per litre of diesel in addition to a tanking fee of 210.00 MAD will apply. 
Due to many problems with non-compliant fuel in some small cities especially in the south of 
Morocco, we recommend refuelling the car in the big cities gas stations like AFRIQUIA, SHELL, WINXO, OIL LYBIA or TOTAL. The renter will be reliable for all repair-costs in case of using bad fuel. 
Alternatively, you may purchase a tankful of fuel at the time of rental at a price that is competitive with local fuel stations and return the tank empty. No refunds will be given for unused fuel. 

Premium Location Fee 
A Premium Location Fee of 13% on the non-reduced basis rental rate (T&M), at least 120.00 MAD occurs for rentals at airport and train stations. 

Out of Hours 
Out of Hours service is available at selected stations. 
A charge of 300.00 MAD applies. 
An Out of Hour's pick-up is on request only. 

Loss of Key 
A Loss of Key Fee applies depending on the vehicle group in addition to the immobilization days. 

Document Loss 
A Loss of Vehicle Document Fee of 840.00 MAD applies in addition to the immobilization days. 
Accident Handling Fee 
An Accident Handling Fee of 250.00 MAD applies if a vehicle is damaged. 

Vehicle Cleaning 
In case the car requires a special cleaning procedure (i.e. animal hair, sand etc.) after returning, a charge of 300.00 MAD will apply. In case of stain on the seats, the will be 900.00 MAD

We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.

Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice.

If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.

Vehicle capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.

Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation, any deposit amounts paid at the time of booking are non-refundable. 

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.
